Hi, I am Sukumar a Designer/Developer and the creator of xx. This platform is a solo endeavor to try and bridge the gap between the currently existing platforms to showcase different design work.

I’ve personally been overwhelmed by the number of platforms designers often rely on to present their work and connect with others. Dribbble or Behance for projects, Medium for UX related articles. Mobbin for UI inspiration, Platforms like contra to host portfolios and various job boards to look out for jobs and LinkedIn and online communities like discord for networking. They are all excellent tools/platforms in their own right but often felt fragmented/disconnected with each other.

A Platform Built for Designers

This is where xx comes in I wanted to create a platform that encompasses all the essential UX elements, where you can

  • Showcase your work on a fully customizable profile that reflects your personal brand.
  • Natively write and share case studies or articles, allowing others to learn from your experiences.
  • Receive constructive feedback, allowing others to learn from your mistakes.
  • Gather inspiration from a collection of UI designs
  • Find job opportunities through an integrated job and event board tailored for designers.
  • Connect with a like-minded community via Slack to collaborate, seek feedback, and grow together.
